Ryan Suwek

Head Coach


A native of Deerfield, NY, Ryan has had a successful hockey journey that started in his youth. He attended Whitesboro High School, where he played for the school’s hockey team and developed a strong foundation in the sport. Growing up, he played youth hockey with Whitestown, Clinton, and the Syracuse Nationals, gaining valuable experience and skill. 

 For two years, Ryan had the honor of attending the USA National Camp, showcasing his talent and potential. He also spent two years playing juniors in Syracuse, NY, further advancing his hockey career. 

 Now residing in Deerfield with his fiancé Brenna and their 2-year-old son Trenton, Ryan continues to carry the same passion and dedication for hockey that has defined his journey.

Currently, Ryan is giving back to the sport as the Assistant Coach for both the Whitesboro High School Hockey team and the Utica Jr. Comets 18U AAA team. His experience as both a player and coach allows him to inspire and develop the next generation of athletes.
